Ken was highly recommended to us by my lender. We went with her advice and she was absolutely right!! Ken is gem of a realtor !! This was our first experience of home buying in the US and he guided us through the process in an exemplary fashion. He was very quick and responsive in short listing properties based on our criteria, house visits, information of properties, giving a offer, negotiating with the listing agents and finally closing the deal. Particularly I like his skill of negotiation. He was able to get the property we loved at 25K under the listed price in addition to securing credits from seller for few repairs. All in all, he is highly recommended and we would definitely go back to him in future, if needed

Ken did a great job listing my property and eventually selling it. Due to my work constraints, I couldn't be at home for needed inspections, but Ken took upon himself to be there for the inspectors, and also made sure all the transactions went smoothly.

I don't know what this Nike Mookhy person is saying, but Ken Shah is the best realtor I have had, hands down. At the time of sale, my home wasn't even ready to sold, and Ken did his absolute best to list the home and sell the home. After 5 days of being on the market, the home sold, and Ken did his absolute best catering to the sale of the home. Ken did everything to help us with the sale, and even helped drive paperwork around. I don't understand what the last reviewer was saying, but this is my honest opinion. Ken is a downright genuine guy. I will refer Ken to everyone who asks me for a realtor, and I can assure you, choosing Ken to help you purchase or sell your home, is the best decision you can make.
